Our client, a professional services firm are looking for an all-round administration assistant to support the manager in all areas of office Accounts, HR, IT and special projects. This job as a job share, whereby you will work with one other to support the administration function of this small, local business.
The ideal candidate will have good all-round experience with exposure to some HR related admin and IT. You have excellent MS Office suite experience and may have used cloud based accounts systems such as Xero or Quickbooks. You enjoy helping with special projects that will help to enhance the business both internally and externally.
Mostly importantly, you are a team player, easy to get along with, friendly and professional.
Based in Haslemere, the job is office based 21.75 hours per week. A degree of flexibility is on offer with regards to days/hours set.
This is a lovely local job for a strong administration person with a professional and client led approach.
