Inventory/Check-Out Clerk
Our client is a long standing and fast-growing firm of independent estate agents in Bedfordshire, led by a team of property professionals with a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service possible.
They are looking for an experienced property professional with an eye for detail to join their team as an Inventory/Check-Out Clerk.
About The Role
This is a full or part time role including 1 Saturday in 4
You will be carrying out inventory compilation and check in for the start of tenancies and then check out appointments for the end of tenancies meeting with both the landlords and the tenants to manage their expectations of the process where possible.
This is a busy role that requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. You will also require your own car (mileage paid)
