Marketing Manager/Executive - remote

Joining the team, you will lead our outreach efforts, ensuring our message reaches the UK’s thriving recruitment business community. You’ll spearhead initiatives designed to engage and grow our community of recruitment business owners with 1-20 staff. You’ll combine creative and strategic approaches to email and video marketing, showcasing the value TEAM provides to its members.

As Marketing Manager/Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing outreach campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Designing and delivering compelling email strategies, including newsletters, promotions, and targeted campaigns.
• Marketing of regular TEAM events.
• Creating engaging video content to highlight member stories, TEAM benefits, and industry insights.
• Managing and optimising our digital presence, including social media platforms and our website.
• Collaborating with the leadership team to align efforts with TEAM’s strategic goals.
• Analysing campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager/Executive with:

• Proven experience in the role, with a focus on email and/or video marketing.
• A creative thinker with strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Ability to connect and communicate with a professional audience, ideally with some knowledge of the recruitment industry.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
