Senior Business Analyst

Reporting to the Business Analysis Services Manager, you'll collaborate with a forward-thinking Change Department to deliver projects aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Alongside driving projects, you’ll also mentor and develop junior Business Analysts, shaping the future of the team.

Key Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in business process engineering and mapping processes using BPMN.
• Skilled in eliciting, managing, and documenting requirements effectively from stakeholders across multiple UK and international locations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, drive decisions, and resolve issues.
• Experience with UAT, including test script creation, defect management, and readiness support.
• Proficiency in various tools and techniques tailored to different project methodologies.
