Role Overview: The AP Team Leader will manage the Accounts Payable team, ensuring the efficient processing and payment of stock and non-stock invoices. Responsibilities include overseeing the purchase ledger, generating weekly exposure reports, managing contract start and expiry dates, and making financial and cashflow decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the purchase ledger and ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Generate and review weekly exposure reports.
• Manage contract start and expiry dates.
• Make informed financial and cashflow decisions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, purchasing teams, and warehouse staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Full AP role experience and supervisory experience.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Preferably, candidates should drive and be commutable to Elland.
