Gleeson Recruitment are sourcing a Brand Communications Manager for a market-leading manufacturing brand dedicated to inspiring sustainability. Their innovative products help reduce water, energy, and costs, supporting households to live more sustainably. The Role:
We're looking for a dynamic Brand Communications Manager to develop and implement annual communications plans that drive brand awareness and support our growth objectives. You'll work cross-functionally and with external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns, content, and activations across consumer and trade audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand communication plans and campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all platforms.
• Manage external agencies and oversee media, PR, and content creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital and brand activities.
• Plan and deliver brand activations, events, and trade shows.
• Manage budgets and track campaign performance.

• Experience in developing multi-channel marketing plans.
• Strong understanding of both digital and traditional media.
• Proven ability to manage agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Insight-driven, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
