The digital transformation projects scheduled across the business are a key aspect of this mission, and we have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Project Manager to join us, working to ensure the successful implementation of new customer digital technologies.
This is a full time, permanent position. You will be working from home, with some travel across the UK. In recognition of your hard work and dedication, we are offering an impressive rewards and benefits package, including:

Required experience and qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in project management, specifically in digital solution implementation in an operational business
Ideally have PRINCE2, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications
Proven track record of management and prioritisation of multiple projects
Ability to engage at a senior level to secure buy-in and support and provide challenge in an effective way
Ability to express specialised and complex ideas or principles to non-expert staff
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the UK on a weekly basis
Role and responsibilities:
Overseeing the strategic and operational management of projects through all project phases
Define and disseminate project success criteria
Identify and manage project risks, developing risk mitigation plans as necessary
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Conduct project quality assurance reviews and implement necessary improvements
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Building and maintaining stakeholder commitment to the project
Conduct project post reviews and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
