Quality Compliance Manager

Force Recruitment has partnered with a longstanding Irish Vitamin and Supplements company based in Dublin, to hire a Quality Compliance Manager on a part-time (20 hours per week minimum, can be worked over 4 or 5 days), permanent basis. This role reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for 1 direct report.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of the company’s Quality Management System including but not limited to the following.

o Change Control

o Customer/Vendor Complaints

o Vendor/Supplier Approval & management

o Artwork Approval

o Internal/External Audits

o Documentation Control System

o Recall System

o Deviation System

o Risk Management

o Site Training

o HACCP Management

o Management Review

  • Ensure compliance with current food regulations for food supplements
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as the primary contact for competent authorities and act as lead in hosting competent authority inspections
  • Collaborate closely with other internal departments

Qualifications/Experience:

Required:

  • Degree in Science or science-related discipline
  • At least 2 years of Quality Management System experience in the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of food supplement requirements and regulations
  • Strong Knowledge of current Food Regulations and HACCP in a manufacturing and packaging environment would be an advantage

Force Recruitment €75,000 - €95,000 per annum, pro-rata Dublin
