Accounts Administrator - Part time

Overview
I am seeking a positive, organised Accounts Administrator to join my Wednesfield based client. This business boasts a great team of people who will offer support and training to the successful candidate.

We are happy to consider applications from people who are looking for a flexible working week, eg. school hours.

Main Duties

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Dealing with the purchasing of workshop and office supplies
  • Maintaining accurate records using Sage
  • Tracking and verifying supplier pricing and costs from service providers
  • Monitoring utility usage and investigating unexpected spikes
  • Offering administrative support to the Finance Director when required

Requirements

  • An understanding of the basic principals of transactional accounts
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail, with a passion for problem solving
  • An ability to think ahead and anticipate issues
