Key Responsibilities of the part time Finance Assistant:
Handle telephone queries on financial matters with professionalism.
Assist in managing payroll, sales, and purchase ledgers, including posting customer payments, processing supplier invoices, and reconciling accounts.
Oversee credit control to ensure timely payments.
Prepare and present financial reports to support business decisions.
Collaborate with coordinators and resolve finance-related queries.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial regulations.
Generate sales invoices.
Maintain and manage company vehicle records, including fuel invoice reconciliation.
Requirements of the part time Finance Assistant:
Previous experience in a financial role.
Proficient in Sage and Microsoft Office.
AAT qualification would be desirable.
Accuracy, reliability, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
