Helpdesk Operator

Juice Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a leading Security Management company in Bristol, seeking a Helpdesk Operator to join their dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Call Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone traffic, prioritizing and processing calls in line with client and company procedures.
  • Email Handling: Manage and action all emails received by the Helpdesk.
  • Database Maintenance: Accurately log and update records across all systems.
  • Complaint Escalation: Identify and escalate complaints in line with the escalation process, both during and outside office hours.
  • Team Support: Assist Supervisors and Managers, attending team meetings and contributing to follow-up actions.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with security checks and health & safety policies for all staff and visitors.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven success in a similar Helpdesk role.
  • Communication Skills: A confident telephone manner with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work varied hours and adapt to business needs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in using Outlook and Excel.
  • Proximity: Must be based within a 45-minute commute of the office.
  • Attitude: A positive, team-oriented approach with a "can-do" mindset.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Educated to a good standard.
  • Previous Helpdesk experience is essential.
