Role Overview:
The successful candidate will work closely with partners on HR/training-related matters, playing a pivotal role in the daily operations and management of the firm's office. Additional responsibilities include handling all aspects of HR practices, data protection, training, quality management, compliance, and overseeing finance.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Legal Practice Manager, with comprehensive experience in managing a legal practice.
- Organisation: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of SRA regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices are upheld.
- HR & Training: Proficient in HR and training processes, contributing to the development and well-being of the firm's staff.
