Finance Manager

I am working with a business in Nottingham that are looking for a Part-Time Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, cash flow, payroll preparation, and budgeting processes. You will also be responsible for line managing one part time staff member, providing guidance and support to ensure effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare management accounts 
• Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs
• Assist in the preparation of payroll for approximately 120 employees
• Support the annual audit process, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with four line managers to develop and monitor annual budgets
• Utilise SAGE and Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and data management.

Qualifications:

• PQ / Qual / QBE all considered 
• Proficiency in SAGE and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
