We are looking to appoint a Credit Hire File Handler to join an established insurance team. Our firm is a certified, Legal 500 practice specialising in personal injury and a fantastic opportunity for legal professionals to join a national award-winning law firm.
For this role, we are looking for candidates who have a claimant or defendant law firm background and experience as a file handler.
The Role
- Handling a caseload of credit hire files
- Following a full litigated process
- Handling fast to multi track claims
- Drafting witness statements, court proceedings and evidence
- Handling a caseload from start to finish
