Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic capital raiser to lead our fundraising initiatives and expand our investor network in a consultancy capacity. This part-time role offering a structure that includes a base salary combined with commission on sales, rather than a traditional in-house employment arrangement.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in capital raising, ideally within private real estate, private equity, or credit-focused investment firms.
• Established network of institutional investors, family offices, and other key stakeholders in the capital markets.
• Demonstrated success in raising significant funds and managing investor relations.
• Deep understanding of structured real estate investments and lending.
