About the job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join our expanding team on a part time basis of 2 full days or 4 half days a week initially, with the possibility to grow to 3-4 full days a week as the role demands. The Finance Administrator will support the business by performing various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial transactions. This role involves managing invoices, reconciliations, payments, VAT accounting, credit control, and financial reporting as well as liaising with and providing information to the external accountants.

Portfolio Home is our recently-launched import and distribution wholesale business, offering a wide variety of home furnishing products to the online and retail sectors.
