This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting autistic children and young people aged 5 to 19 years, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and supportive environment.

    Day-to-day of the role:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans tailored to the individual needs of students.
    • Provide both one-on-one and group support to students, helping them develop social, communication, and life skills.
    • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and psychologists to provide holistic support.
    • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a similar or transferable role.
    • Confidence and dedication to go above and beyond for children with special needs.
    • Must possess or be willing to obtain a DBS on the update service.
