• Assist with classroom activities and provide one-to-one support to pupils.
• Help pupils with personal care and mobility needs.
• Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
• Encourage social interaction and promote independence among pupils.

• Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) in a similar or transferable role.
• Confidence and a proactive attitude to go above and beyond for our pupils.
• A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
