Role Overview: This part-time role is pivotal in supporting the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience across online, phone, and in-person channels. Responsibilities include lead management, compliance oversight, property promotion, and supporting the sales process while ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting Sales Progressors
Process online leads by reviewing and qualifying for the sales team.
Serve as front-of-house coordinator, managing in-person inquiries and qualifying leads.
Maintain and update applicant data while ensuring compliance within the CRM.
Support new property onboarding in the CRM system.
Coordinate office processes such as key and security management.
Maintain front-of-house displays and general office appearance.
Support buyers with inquiries, ensuring smooth sales progression.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, especially regarding compliance.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries across different channels.
Background in property sales, marketing, or administration is a plus.
Package and Benefits:
Salary: £25,000 OTE £26,000 Pro rata
Annual Leave 25 days + Bank holidays pro rata
Part time hours available across 3/4 or 5 days per week
