Randstad Education is working with a small preschool in the village of Isleham who are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the team!

In this role, you will:

* Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the EYFS framework
* Maintain excellent communication with parents, providing daily updates on their child's progress and activities
* Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children in your care.
* Support children's development through creative, fun, and educational activities
* Keep up-to-date records of each child's development and milestones
* Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive nursery environment.
* Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Implement safeguarding policies and procedures to promote the welfare of every child.
* Adhere to all relevant legislation and guidelines including Ofsted requirements and the Early Years Foundation Stage.
