About Us: We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator/Assistant to join our client's team at their Leicestershire equestrian and country store in Melton Mowbray. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for everything equestrian and the right candidate will have strong administrative skills and be comfortable dealing with customers and suppliers.
Job Description: This position is open to both part-time and full-time applicants, weekdays only. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can manage various administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting new stock into the system
Assisting with banking
Creating signage for the store
Liaising between stores to ensure stock accuracy
Performing any other admin tasks as required
Managing inter-branch transfers
General office administration
About You:
Some equestrian knowledge is essential
Positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Strong initiative and self-motivation
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Strong organisational, administrative, and computer skills
