Hoop PS&HR are proud to be working with an incredible not-for-profit organisation based in Cardiff City Centre. Our client is looking for a HR Administrator to join their incredible team part time on a permanent basis. This position is suitable for someone who is looking to develop their skills and knowledge further within Human Resources.
This is a hybrid position that is perfect for someone who is looking for a casual role. This position is 18 hours a week over 3 days, based in Cardiff/hybrid. It comes with a salary of £11,852 pro rata (FTE: £23,500).
Responsibilities:
First point of contact for the team, manage the HR inbox and support any queries.
Support recruitment by posting job openings on all recruitment portals internally and externally.
General administration of recruitment, shortlisting candidates, schedule interviews, and liaise with members of the team.
Maintaining HR documents, ensuring compliance and GPDR.
Update systems for payroll, starters, leavers, and promotions.
Support the onboarding process including DBS, Right to Work, and References.
Monitor probation review dates, including extensions.
Assist in coordinating performance reviews.
Schedule training sessions for employees.
Support the new starter introduction.
Key requirements:
Previous experience in HR Administration.
Strong IT skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with GPDR
Strong communication skills
