High end concierge required for a permanent position at a prestigious residential development just outside Windsor.
The aim of the Concierge at the Estate will be to make the experience of residents living there as straightforward and enjoyable as possible. Working in conjunction with the rest of the uniformed estate team he or she will be the designated "Front of House" for the development and principle point of contact for the Residents. The primary function of the role is to fulfil the day-to-day needs of the residents living at the development and to facilitate seamless and practical solutions to any resident's problems or requirements. In addition, they will assist in the day-to-day running of the estate including security and administration duties.
Main Responsibilities
* To man the reception desk during agreed hours * To provide/ facilitate required services to residents as per the instructions of managing agent * To respond proactively to resident or other requests in a timely and polite manner * To communicate effectively with residents, guests, other members of staff and contractors * To welcome residents and guests * To answer the telephone and deal with general enquiries, logging messages and following up on requests & events * To receive, log, and distribute mail/ other deliveries to individual properties * To oversee the cleanliness and comfort of the reception areas and associated common parts.
32 hours per week, this could be: -
4 x 8 hour shifts
2 x 12 hours + 1 x 8 hour shift
Flexibility is expected, and offered.
Salary - £21.5K
