We provide free specialist care and support to patients with terminal illnesses whilst offering vital emotional support for their families. It's all about giving them the best possible quality of life. The support we offer is tailored to meet individuals' medical, social, spiritual and emotional needs.
We are looking to recruit a healthcare assistant to join our community-based team in Oxfordshire to support providing holistic, person centred, end of life care to patients in their own homes.
As a Healthcare Assistant you will practice empathetic communication with the patient and those important to them in a supportive, professional manner and provide high quality personal care and support to enhance wellbeing.
Job Structure: Full Time/Part Time
Job Schedule: Night Shifts
Salary Information: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale, aligned with AFC BAND 2 £23,615 pro-rated, plus enhancements
Mandatory Requirement:
You must live within Oxfordshire or just outside the county border.
You must hold a driving license and own or have use of a car to travel to patient homes
