Job Title: Lecturer in Early Years

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Weybridge

Hours: Approx 17 hours- 25/3 days

Salary: £35,000- £37,000 (dependent on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver engaging and high-quality courses from Level 4 and 5 Foundation Degree, on a Tuesday with the flexibility to choose your other two working days!

Key responsibilities:

  • Explore and implement creative teaching methods to engage and inspire students.
  • Utilize proactive and reactive strategies to effectively manage student behavior.
  • Build a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere where students feel valued and empowered.
  • Evaluate, review, and document learner progress to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Keep accurate course and learner records for effective monitoring and support.

Requirements (Key skills/ experience and qualifications):

  • Degree, HND or relevant professional qualifications
  • Teaching Qualification & experience teaching in FE setting
  • Proven experience of working in an Early years setting
  • Level 2 English & Maths
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skilled in the use of IT
