Complex Care Worker
Pay rate: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (weekly or monthly pay)
Shift Pattern: Nights Weekdays (21:00 - 09:00) / Weekends (21:00 - 07:00). Day shifts also available.
We are seeking a compassionate, empathetic and dedicated individual to join our current team as a Support Worker for a young teenage female with neurological disabilities and complex medical needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with disabilities, particularly teenagers, be adaptable, patient, reliable and possess a strong sense of empathy and have a willingness to learn. This role involves providing physical and emotional support to the individual, assisting with the health and social side of day-to-day activities and fostering independence whilst ensuring their safety and wellbeing in a friendly family environment.

Requirements
In order to successfully support their clinical needs, we offer full training for the right candidate, which will include but not exhaustive; administering medication, personal care, PEGJ feeding, oropharyngeal suctioning, mechanical ventilation and emotional support throughout the night. Providing much needed respite for her parents. This training will take place during the day and you will be supported by the parents/Bespoke nurse and other involved teams
