Job role of a History Teacher:

In your role as a History Teacher, you will design and deliver engaging lessons that cover a wide range of historical topics, from ancient civilizations to modern history. We are looking for a History Teacher who can foster a love for the subject while encouraging critical thinking and analytical skills among students. Your creativity and passion as a History Teacher will be essential in helping students connect historical events to contemporary issues.

The ideal History Teacher will hold a relevant degree in History or Education and possess QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching history at the secondary level is highly desirable. As a History Teacher, you will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and cultivate an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree in History, Education, or a related field
• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Previous experience as a History Teacher is preferred
