Business Administrator
Business Administrator - Woodford - £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Administrator to join a growing team. Our client, established over 20 years ago, is a leading player in the property sector, offering traditional rental services alongside innovative solutions for housing needs.
They are seeking a dynamic, organised, and ambitious individual to provide crucial support to their office and sales and lettings teams.
Responsibilities will include:
- Receptionist duties including meeting and greeting people who are visiting the office, setting up meeting rooms with a personable and welcoming approach
- Act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords, answering queries, addressing concerns, and providing updates on property status, rent, or maintenance issue
- Support the administrative tasks of the sales and lettings process, including preparing contracts, arranging appointments, and maintaining accurate records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat business and referrals
- Supporting with diary management of the team and management including scheduling property viewings, handling documentation, and maintaining up to date calendars for the company
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office, organising keys, updating trackers and records of any supplies
- Manage social media platforms for the company including website, Tik Tok, Instagram, LinkedIn and write out newsletter for the company
- Maintain the professional appearance of the office, managing office supplies and various ad hoc duties
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time management with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office (experience with CRM systems is a bonus)
- A proactive attitude and team approach is a must!

Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm or 9.00am to 6pm) - Flexibility with working week available
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 PA DOE
