Sales Consultant - Gatwick Airport

Synergy Promotions are a leading Travel Retail Promotional Agency who promote the world’s leading Luxury Beauty, Fragrance & Liquor brands within Airport Duty Free Stores, across the United Kingdom & Ireland. We are opening our books and have over 30 positions for enthusiastic Beauty & Fragrance Consultants to join our amazing team in Gatwick Airport! This role is self-employed which allows our staff to choose their own shift patterns however you must be flexible to work some weekends! We operate our business 365 days per year and have ongoing work all year round! Due to these positions being in an airport there are a variety of shift patterns that run from 4 or 5am to 7/8pm in the evening. Preference for staff who are flexible and can get to the airport for the 4/5am shifts.

You must be 18 years or older.

Main duties of this role will include:

  • To be the face of a variety of Beauty, Fragrance & Liquor Brands
  • Introduce customers to the brands and engage them in the product
  • Provide the highest quality customer service to all customers
  • Deliver a seamless customer service experience, building customer loyalty
  • Ability to work to sales targets
  • Working cooperatively with team members to accomplish sales and service targets

Person Requirements:

  • Outgoing and confidence to engage with the public
  • Excellent Timekeeping
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team
  • Highly Motivated and able to function in a target environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced landscape
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong sales experience
  • Second language is advantageous
  • Excellent Grooming Standards
