We are looking for a Finance Administrative Assistant based in Hull.

Part time: 18.75 hours (0.5wte)

Salary: £22390 - £27062 pro rata doe

The Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS) is a registered charity who have been transforming the lives of people affected by drugs and alcohol misuse for over 40 years.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time (18.75hours) Finance Admin Assistant who will work closely with the Finance Administrator, and the wider finance team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person to join a small busy team to support the Finance department to deliver a comprehensive service across the organisation.

The role will liaise with internal employees and external customers to provide an efficient and prompt answer to queries.  You will complete all work within agreed timeframes and assist with all financial activities and administrative tasks to ensure they are handled with accuracy and efficiency.

The successful candidate will have experience of financial accounting and Microsoft Excel. Experience of Sage Accounts or another accounting application is desirable.
