We are looking for a Part Time Lettings Administrator to join a busy lettings office.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, very organised, and confident working alone as well as part of team. Previous experience is not necessary as full training can be given; however you must be computer literate.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients and tenants
Carrying out administration tasks efficiently and accurately
Speaking with landlords and scheduling maintenance
Registering new tenants
Occasional Viewings and Property Inspections so a car is essential
