Part time Negotiator/Administrator

Our client is a smart, local Independent Estate Agent with thriving Sales and Lettings departments.

They have an excellent reputation and three local offices in the North Kent area.

They are seeking a Part time Negotiator/Administrator with ideally experience to join their busy Team based in Sevenoaks.

Established in 1985, owned by an Employee Ownership Trust, they have a passion for property and providing an unrivalled service to their clients.

Role Responsibilities

  • Registering new applicants
  • Arranging and accompanying viewings
  • Obtaining viewing feedback
  • Negotiating sales
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Providing consistently high levels of service and communication
  • Knowing a client’s requirements to ensure efficient service
  • Sales Progression

  • Passionate about providing a superb, professional and friendly service
  • Proactive and a positive can-do attitude
  • Possess the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Good IT skills
  • Smart and presentable
  • Full UK driving license
  • Live within a commutable distance of Borough Green
  • Have the right to work in the UK

Package per annum

  • Basic Salary £24000 Pro Rata
  • Commission
  • Potential EOT scheme - percentage of company profit
  • Referral Bonuses
  • 45p mileage allowance

Hours of work

  • Flexible on hours to suit -
  • Could be 3 days a week
  • Could be 10am -2pm 5 days a week
