***FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR*** Due to business growth we are on the hunt for a talented IFA Administrator to join our client's administrative team. You will need at least a year's financial services administration experience ideally in client and advisor support. This is a great opportunity for LP2 or CII qualified candidates. Note this is a permanent full-time opportunity however candidates who meet the criteria and are seeking part-time hours will also be considered. Salary from £28K + benefits Key responsibilities for the Financial Services Administrator include,
Liaising with policy providers for policy details and obtaining policy illustrations
Processing new business applications, tracking to completion
Preparing documentation for client appointments and meetings, including the production of annual planning meeting packs
Responding to email enquiries and liaising directly with clients
Sending prepared investment information and reports to clients
Ensuring all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines
The ideal Financial Services Administrator will need,
At least a year's financial services administration experience ideally in client and advisor support
LP2 or CII qualifications advantageous
Professional verbal/written communication skills essential
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
Confident interpersonal and organisational skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
