Part-Time Bookkeeper

Our client are seeking a dynamic, flexible Bookkeeper to join their busy team in the heart of beautiful Henley-on-Thames. Working closely with the Accountant, you will support with day-to-day banking and administration.

Key Duties:

  • Day-to-day Banking & ledger posting
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Supplier payment runs
  • Sales administration
  • General business administration

Right Person:

  • Previous Bookkeeping/Account experience
  • Strong admin skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel for reporting and formulas
  • Experience with Xero
  • Highly organised
  • Good eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and flexibility to support with a variety of tasks
