Opening October 2024, our new Hamberley Neurocare home in Camberley will provide rehabilitation, recovery, and residential care for people living with complex neurological conditions.

We are looking for passionate, caring nurses to be part of our new home.

What you'll be doing:

• Look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents.
• Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are always upheld.
• Ensure that the residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required.
• Have full knowledge of and take responsibility to ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures of the Department of Health and the company at all times.
• Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation at all times.

Could you be part of our team?

We’re looking for nurses with:

• A qualified RGN with a valid NMC pin
• Minimum of one year Neuro experience
• Commitment to make a real difference to the lives of our patients.
• Previous experience working in a Care Home environment.
• Have excellent communications skills, a great attitude to teamwork and a desire to lead on patient care.
• Flexible to work shifts.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
