Showroom Host Vacancy- Part time Weekend ONLY - Hinckley

Salary: £9000 basic salary plus overtime
Hours: Sat 10:00 - 6:00pm & Sun 10:00 - 4:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Showroom Host for our main dealer clients site based in the Hinckley area.

Looking for someone who has previous experience within an similar role, with excellent customer service

You will be the face and voice of the business when customers and clients enter and telephone the dealership, so will a good people person with a good telephone manner.

Showroom Host role:

• Answering all calls and taking messages or transferring the calls via a computerised Switchboard
• Meeting & Greeting clients and customers
• Making Beverages
• Liaising with other staff members
• Showing clients and customers to their required destination
• Dealing efficiently with customer requests and queries, to ensure total customer satisfaction;
• Helping the Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards.
