Finance Assistant required to support our Client Manager with the financial admin and Xero bookkeeping associated with a property letting portfolio.
We are an Uckfield based bookkeeping practice and in this role you will be responsible for the daily financial routines for one of our clients.
This will include:
Management of the accounts email inbox
Corresponding with customers and suppliers
Processing purchases Invoice and expenses
Issuing sales invoices
Bank reconciling
Completing Excel reports
Maintaining tenant records, tracking rent payments and deposits
General financial admin
This is a part time flexible role which could be carried on a hybrid basis once initial training has been completed. Between 15 and 20 hours per week over 5 days Mon-Fri mornings, start and finish times are flexible.
