Duties & responsibilities
Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
Oversee electronic timekeeping systems or manually collect and review timesheets.
Prepare and issue earnings statements, paychecks, and manage direct deposits.
Keep accurate employee records and payroll documentation.
Ensure correct employee data and resolve payroll-related queries.
Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant legal regulations.
Skills & Experience
Previous payroll experience required
Previous experience working to deadlines
Good communication skills
Comfortable using Excel and Outlook
