Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the entire audit process from initiation to finalisation, catering to a broad client base.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional growth while ensuring compliance with the firm’s high standards.
- Develop and review comprehensive audit documents and reports for upper management.
- Engage with clients to grasp their business objectives, address their issues, and strengthen relationship ties.
- Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Candidate Requirements: - Should be ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
- Required to have prior experience within a UK Practice setting.
- Must possess robust technical expertise in audit procedures and financial reporting standards.
- Should have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing strong client partnerships.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
- Must showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule: - Flexitime options available
- Standard Monday to Friday workweek
Experience Required: - Minimum 2 years in Accountancy Practice
