Role Overview

We are looking for an outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication skills to join our Residential Development Sales team as a Saturday office and viewing assistant.

This role is casual and involves part time hours, and requires a valid UK driving license.  

Key Responsibilities

 Responding to all sales enquiries in a timely and appropriate manner . Undertaking call outs on specific developments. Booking in viewings to the teams diary and attending viewings booked for a Saturday. Updating clients and applicants on queries and feedback. Develop a good working relationship with other teams in the office on a Saturday.

Key Skills

Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Have a good understanding of the property and new build market. Self motivated and confidence to use your own initiative and display a positive “can do” approach to the role. Excellent customer service skills. Team player. Flexibility to do additional hours as and when required would be preferred. Clean UK driving licence with own car and relevant insurances.

Team Overview

The South East Development Sales team is a small team based out of the Sevenoaks office and covers the sales and marketing of new build developments across Kent and Sussex for a wide range of client and property types and sizes.
