You must capture that excitement and communicate it through the application of visual merchandising. Through merchandising, you will clearly state who we are, what we have to offer and how we offer that to our customers.

What you’ll do day to day
- Taking high quality images, creating an external video and internal 360 video of all inbound stock for use on our website adhering to all standards and regulations
- Provide specific vehicle information or photography to the digital sales team as requested
- Identifying specification on each vehicle and classifying each vehicles unique selling points to be uploaded to relevant systems in a timely manner including additional Mercedes-Benz data (previous usage, previous owners)
- Merchandise each vehicle in line with agreed standards for the purposes of promoting and selling a vehicle, including descriptions, attention grabbers and picture quality.
- Review and mange feeds to various website including pictures, descriptions, and volumes
- Manage all aspects of site social media including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok in line with the group policy and Mercedes Benz standards
- Creation of new and engaging content for paid and unpaid advertising campaigns with a focus on impactful use of media to generate maximum traction for our products
- Perform regular reviews of stock including refreshing aged advertisements and reviewing weekly Autotrader reports to understand why a vehicle has not sold
- Responsible for showroom merchandising - ensure display cars are correctly displayed as per Mercedes Benz guidelines and updating point of sale information ie(vehicle price, equipment specification, fuel consumption)

- Understanding Mercedes Benz Brand models and specifications
- Eye for detail and ability to work with vehicle descriptions and vehicle data
- Good communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to act independently and with initiative
- High standards for management of point-of-sale information, media and vehicle merchandising
- Working as part of a team
- Knowledge of photography would be helpful but not essential
- Experience and knowledge of using social media platforms
