PT Receptionist - 3 days - Sevenoaks

Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist - 3 days a week

Location: Sevenoaks, free parking available.

Working Days: 8.00am -5.00pm - 1 hour break - Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

Weekly Hours: 24 hours per week, fully office based.

Salary: £17,000 per annum (equivalent to c£25,000 FTE)

Are you looking for a busy, part time front of house role, where you can support a large professional team and be a value to the business?

Working with this supportive, professional team your responsibilities on the front desk will be:

  • Reception: Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, clients, and employees.

  • Switchboard Operation: Handle incoming and outgoing calls through the Teams switchboard.

  • Mail Handling: Deal with incoming and outgoing postal mail.

  • Conference Room Management: Check and prepare conference rooms for meetings, respond to booking requests, and manage Outlook calendars.

  • Email Management: Monitor inboxes and respond to urgent emails.

  • Lunch Arrangements: Arrange lunches for meetings or as required.
