Award Plaques crystal, clear and coloured, designers shapes and styles including branded crystal, to meet all price points, perfect for award ceremonies. The crystal is available in blue, red, black and green, as well as some multi coloured items.

As well as awards, there are engraved glasses and decanters. The glass awards are clear, or smoked glass or light green jade in tone. A simple engraved tankard or a futuristic shape to mark a major company anniversary or milestone, the choice is yours.

Stablecroft Conference Products have a range of floor standing lecterns in acrylic, wood and metal, which are ideal when you are organising conferences meetings and events. We have a choice of modern and traditional styles, there are many to choose from to suit your room style and conference theme. Match it with our conference signage, desktop and floor standing, or our iPAD and tablet holders.

Often you arrive at venues and find that some of the items you expected to have supplied at the venue are missing or not included. Our lightweight lecterns can be branded, and are simple to transport, so why not have your own? No last minute panic trying to find one to hire or buy on the day.

Stablecroft Conference Products can supply a wide range of folders for conferences meetings and events.

They are available in A4 or A5, in real or immitation leather, and while some of the folders are only supplied in black, many models do have a range of colours to choose from. The colours include orange, green, navy, pink, brown, lime, etc.

The internal layout of the folders vary and there are many options to consider, so we have only illustrated a few of the best-selling styles, together with all the customisation options so you can tell us what you need from your folder and we will match your requirements as closely as we can.

We can provide in small quantities such as 10 or 25 though obviously savings are made on larger orders.

As stock changes frequently, we quote for each order – we have listed illustrations of many of the styles of bags, so just have a look and see what is close to what you would like, and we can confirm its availability and provide a full quotation.

The bags can be over printed or supplied plain, and are available in different weights and qualities. We often find it is easier if a customer gives us an idea of their budget and their print requirements, and we will then suggest a few options within that price range for them to consider.

Conference sashes and table banners custom printed


Stablecroft Conference Products are producers of custom made conference sashes and table or wall banners for meetings and events.

The sashes are available in a wide range of colours and can be printed on one side or both with slogans and logos. They are ideal to identify volunteers or staff at meetings and events. They can be made on a short lead time if you have left it a bit late to order!

The table banners are overprinted with conference branding and logos, and are supplied to adhere to tables or table covers, so you can re-use them. This also makes them more versatile as they can accommodate the different sizes and types of tables in use at major venues as they have a line of Velcro at the top so they can be adjusted to fit.

Conference ribbons for nametags, custom printed


Stablecroft Conference Products are producers of custom ribbons for conferences and events.

Available in either horizontal or vertical formats, all our ribbons are made to order, so you can customise them exactly to your requirements.

You can select the width of the ribbon to match your badges and they can be overprinted in gold, silver, black, white or other colours. Double sided tape is applied to the top of the conference ribbon so that it can be adhered to your name badges.

The badge ribbons are available on very short lead times, usually under a week, though we have been known to make and despatch same day...

Lanyard Display Units


Stablecroft’s lanyard stands are ideal to display name badge lanyards at conferences and events. Our lanyards trees are available both as desktop models or floor standing. The lanyard carousels have varying numbers of spokes or arms on which your lanyards can be hung so that your delegates can collect them when they are registering at your events.

Lanyards can often be a real nuisance at conferences, they refuse to stay on tables, spill all over the floor, get tangled up, they just won’t behave! The lanyard stands solve this problem, as you can tidy your lanyards away and locate them where it best fits the flow of your registration area. You can use multiple lanyard trees if you have different lanyards for visitors, delegates, exhibitors and you need them to find the right ones!

Easy to assemble and then pack away after your event, the lanyard trees make life much easier.

Stablecroft Conference Products can supply all your conference lanyard needs.

If you have an immediate requirement we can offer:
•Plain unprinted lanyards in up to 8 colours, generally ex stock on a next day service
•Printed lanyards with job titles such as Contractor, Exhibitor, again on a next day service

If you require custom lanyards overprinted with logos and conference titles, we can supply these on a short lead time of 3-6 weeks and made to your exact requirements in terms of fabric width, lanyard clips, safety breakaways, printing methods etc. These are generally manufactured off shore on a 3-6 week lead time.

Badge Cases to Transport Delegate Nametags


Stablecroft’s badge cases are ideal to transport your name badges to conferences and events.

The Badge Buggy is a wheeled badge case, with a removable trolley. It carries three of our metal name badge trays, which can hold name badges up to 110mm tall, 180 badges per case. The lid of the case unclips at each corner for easy access.

An alternative to the badge buggy case is the Badge Box, a simple box which will carry three metal or cardboard trays, so a capacity of 180 or 150 badges for the cardboard trays. The trays stack on top of each other, and can be despatched by courier if required.

The Badge Bag is our third transport options. The eco friendly jute tote bag has a wide bottom which holds our cardboard badge trays snugly, stacked on top of each other. Three trays holding 150 name badges can be transported in this way.

Stablecroft Conference Products are manufacturers of A4 perforated sheets of badge paper for meetings conferences and events.

We have stock ranges in white or in colours, such as apricot, blue, cream, green, grey, orange, lavender, pink or red and custom colours also made to order. Our stock sizes are 10 per page 90x55mm, 8 per page 97x74mm and 4 per page A6 105x148mm.

Our stock badge paper can be supplied to customers as plain perforated sheets, ready for you to add your logos and delegate names. If you need help we can provide additional services such as adding logos, or even delegate names, so that your badge paper is ready to go.

We also make other sizes of badge paper to customer specifications and can supply these unprinted ready for graphics and names to be added or again we can customise them by adding logos and delegate names.

Badges for Conferences


Stablecroft Conference Products are manufactures of name badges for conferences and events.

Our conference badge are suitable either for use with a lanyard, single or double ended, or have a clip fixed to the back of the badge so that it can be attached to clothing.

The badge holders which can be used with lanyards range from credit card size up to A5 and we can also produce these to custom sizes, and can overprint them if required.

The conference badges which have fittings are made from rigid pvc and have a choice of a fixed pin and clip, swivel clip, or swivel clip and pin.

We can also provide badge paper to match our conference badges, choose from white or a wide range of colours. We also have badge trays in metal or cardboard which are ideal to transport our badges to your events.

Badge Trays for Conferences and Events


The metal badge trays are made from aluminium which is powder coated silver. They have pre-cut tapered slots which can hold a wide range of badges from pvc pouches for use with lanyards to rigid plastic pin and clip badges. Each tray will hold 60 badges and the metal badge trays are a smart stylish and convenient way to carry delegate name tags to conferences and events.

The cardboard badge trays are supplied flat pack and fold together. They mould around the name tags, so they can hold almost any badge and carry 50 name badges per tray.

Both the metal and cardboard trays can be transported in The Badge Bag or the Badge Box. The metal badge trays are suitable for use in the Badge Buggy wheeled case.
