At Future Care Group, we can provide specialist care and support for residents with dementia in our homes. We understand that each resident has unique requirements, which is why we will get to know your individual needs so that we can provide the support you need. We recognise the importance of dementia residents continuing to live a fulfilling, purposeful life, which is why we are committed to integrating them at every opportunity. We ensure there is plenty of opportunity for engagement with others in our homes, and numerous hobbies and activities to enjoy that bring them comfort at this stage of life. Respite Care
For carers that require a temporary break from caring for their loved one, our respite care services provide the helping hand you need. We can accommodate the needs of your loved one for the duration of their stay, and they are able to make the most of the facilities and activities within our homes. No matter the length of time you spend with us, we will get to know you and your personal needs so that we can provide the level of support you require. Our staff will ensure that you are integrated within the life at our homes so that you can engage with other residents and feel comfortable throughout your stay. Our carers make sure you have access to the assistance you need for the duration of your time with us.
Nursing Care
Our team have the expertise and facilities to provide nursing care to look after the needs of our residents. Whether your care needs are minimal or more complex, our carers and nurses provide as much or as little support as you require. We work closely with healthcare professionals, including doctors, community nurses, and social workers to support the needs of our residents with both physical and mental health. Every resident is unique, which is why their nutritional needs and preferences are taken into account as part of the nursing care we provide. We also want our residents to continue to create memories and moments of joy in this new stage of their life, which is why we have a full calendar of activities to take part in. We help residents to quickly settle into our homes by building close relationships with staff and other residents.
