Lecturer in Physics

About you:
We are looking to recruit an experienced Lecturer in Physics within our Science Department. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality and engaging lectures and providing guidance to students pursuing various science-related courses. As a Physics teacher, you will contribute to the academic development of our students and play a crucial role in their professional growth.

About the role:
You will be required to teach on BTEC courses and GCSE Combined Science with other curriculum responsibilities that include assessment, feedback, student pastoral care, tracking student achievement and maintain high quality standards in line with awarding organisations.

This role also comes with a subject lead responsibility. This means you will oversee the planning and preparation mainly for BTEC Level 2 and Level 3 courses. You will also support the curriculum manager in tracking student achievement, retention and attendance and attend curriculum review meetings.
