Salary: £50-55k + Car Allowance

The Role

As an Operations Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of large, complex residential sites. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a top-tier property management service in compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and residents, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Managing service charge budgets and overseeing reactive and planned maintenance, including major works and Section 20 consultations.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Property Managers, fostering their professional growth.
  • Taking ownership of compliance, health, and safety across your region with a meticulous, proactive approach.

You're a seasoned professional with a proven track record in UK block management. We're looking for someone who:
