Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.
  • Manage challenging behaviour with empathy and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
