Location: Covering Liverpool & Blackpool sites
Salary: £12.00 - £12.75 Per Hour
Working Hours: Tuesday & Friday - 7am - 1pm & Wednesday - 7am - 11am

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for an On-Site Service Operative to work on their customer sites in Liverpool and Blackpool.

Our client offers easy-to-use textile services that ensure safe and hygienic solutions for the best possible customer experience. The key objective of this position is To enhance the service provided by the company to its customers, taking on an active role in the service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for loading clean garments in the correct lockers whilst also bagging up the soiled garments ready for collection.
• Engage with customers to ensure they are happy and work with your team to resolve issues and improve and enhance the service.
• Loading clean garments into the correct lockers
• Bagging soiled garments ready for collection
• Monitoring garment level
• Answering day to day enquiries
• Administration and liaising with the OSS Coordinator, Account Manager and Customer Services
• Providing a point of contact between the customer and the Account Manager
• Dealing with any staff queries or issues

Skills and Qualifications:

• Full UK/EU driving licence
• Initiative and willing to learn new things
• Excellent IT skills, Excel, Powerpoint Office and all software systems used.
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Able to do standing and physical work
