Personal Assistant/typist

We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Secretary to join our team based in the Warwickshire area to help, assist and manage two of the company's Directors. We are a small but busy firm with no two days the same ! We require someone with PA and administration experience who has worked in a similar role. Your main responsibility is to deal with reports, letters, filing, emails and valuations, so we do need an excellent typist, someone who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Typing / audio typing is a big part of the role, so you will need to have this skillset

Working in Conveyancing / Legal is advantageous

This is an office based role - part time / approx 28 hours

This role requires someone who can work autonmously as there will be days when you will be alone in the office

Responsibilities

  • Managing a diary
  • Typing dictated correspondence, emails, reports, letters etc
  • Audio typing daily
  • Dealing with tenancy agreements
  • Issuing invoices
  • Liaising with Accountants re invoices etc
  • Making sure Regulations and Registrations are up to date
  • GDPR
  • Dealing with company clients
  • Rent collections and arrears

Qualifications / Skillset

  • Experience in a similar PA role
  • Excellent /fast typing skills
  • Audio Typing
  • Excellent spelling / grammar
  • IT Literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pro active
  • Autonomous
  • Organised
  • Can work under pressure
  • Clean driving licence
