The Role: The Office Manager (Executive Assistant, Business Support Executive, Project Support) is a highly varied and responsible role, where as well as providing general business support, you will support the business with the delivery of multiple projects, driving the detail to ensure service levels, client experience and business performance is optimised.
The Person: The successful Office Manager will highly organised, detail orientated, efficient and proactive, keen to take on additional responsibilities and ownership of various projects, while overseeing the smooth running of the office. You will be joining at an exciting phase in the company’s development so you will be keen to learn - while you are likely to have worked in a professional services environment, you will not be expected to know the intricacies of financial planning, as training and support will be provided.

Providing bespoke financial planning, estate planning and investment planning they have been helping clients achieve financial freedom since 1999.
Salary and Benefits: Basic salary of £45-55,000 + bonus + pension + hybrid working. The Office Manager will be based in the Luton office and will enjoy working in a small, driven and fast paced team environment, with the opportunity to progress within a company who invest in, value and reward their staff.
